葵花籽是菊科向日葵屬 Helianthus annuus 的果實。最早在美洲被馴化，16 世紀傳入歐洲後成為廣泛使用的烹飪原料。商用上依脂肪酸組成分為亞麻油酸型、高油酸型與榨油專用型，不同型態對應不同的加工方向。
