Chang Chung evaluates agricultural and food ingredients from different origins against intended use, harvest season, quality, price and supply risk. Procurement is not only a comparison of quotations: it also covers supplier capability, cleaning practices, completeness of documentation and long-term supply stability.

Commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, inspection reports and any other documents the customer requires are managed per imported item, alongside customs clearance and food import inspection procedures.
From specification to arrival, with less variation between lots.
Moisture, purity, particle size, colour, foreign matter, pesticide residues, aflatoxin and other risk items are managed according to the item and the customer’s requirements, with lot records and related documentation retained.
Cleaning to suit the material’s condition and the customer’s specification.
Air separation, magnetic separation, gravity separation, destoning and colour sorting equipment handle light impurities, metal, kernels of abnormal density, stones and off-colour grains. The actual process is arranged around each item’s characteristics and specification.

Warehousing and lot management support full-container imports, split deliveries, designated lot numbers and consignment arrangements, helping customers reduce both sudden shortages and the burden of holding large inventories.

Loading and delivery are arranged around customer routes, order sequence, unloading conditions and on-site requirements, including bag-by-bag handover for sacked ingredients.
